Dr. Watrobski joined the Calabasas Animal Clinic and Holistic Vet Center family in 2018. She since has taken on the managing veterinarian duties and is constantly learning about new treatments (both eastern and western) to help all the animals we care for. Dr. Watrobski’s knack for math and science and natural love of animals was a perfect match for someone who ultimately pursued a career in veterinary medicine. This veterinarian “can’t imagine doing anything else.” Through school she worked as a veterinary nurse, caring for the hospitalized animals. After veterinary school, she completed an internship and naturally settled in the area to be close to her family.
Dr. Watrobski’s special interests in veterinary medicine include dermatology, wound management, pain management and integrative holistic medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Watrobski participates in an outreach program called Wings of Discovery as one of her special interests is wildlife and conservation medicine. Some day she would like to work the Iditarod as a vet. Seems like she has landed at the right spot as we do treat a lot of animal athletes in our practice! Her heart animal is a Persian name Leland. She now shares her space with a crazy black kitten; Angus and special needs Scottish Fold Fergie. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and doing jigsaw puzzles with Fergie and Angus by her side.
