Veterinary Technician
We are seeking a friendly, hard-working, animal-loving, team playing, experienced RVT or unlicensed technician assistant (with 5+ years experience) to join our team here at Calabasas Animal Clinic and Holistic Veterinary Center. We are the only integrative veterinary medicine practice in the greater Los Angeles area, and provide the best of both holistic and western medicine. Our core values are Compassion, Service, Thoroughness & Efficiency, Personal Growth, and Teamwork.
Our hospital provides services such as physical rehabilitation, underwater treadmill therapy, acupuncture, and cold laser therapy, as well as digital radiography, ultrasonography, full in-house diagnostic laboratory, dentistry, and surgery. Holistic Veterinary Center and Calabasas Animal Clinic share the same staff and equipment, and we also share many of our patients. Our team is a small group of talented, compassionate, and skilled individuals who are dedicated to providing the best patient and client care.
The ideal candidate: competent and experienced with animal restraint, obtaining diagnostic samples, catheter placement, patient care, anesthetic monitoring, and surgical assistance. Works well with the team, flexible, with an excellent work ethic, and has a desire to grow and develop skills.

Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program

Medical Director
Calabasas Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight of our veterinary practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction for the clinic's medical protocols and standards of care
Lead and mentor our team of veterinary professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Ensure delivery of high-quality veterinary care across all services, including integration with holistic treatment modalities
Maintain and enhance clinical protocols and best practices
Participate in direct patient care while overseeing overall medical operations
Drive continuous improvement in medical quality and client service
Collaborate with practice management on business operations and growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and safety standards
Support the development and implementation of new services and technologies
Maintain positive relationships with clients and the local veterinary community
Foster collaboration between conventional and holistic treatment approaches

Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
Current California veterinary license in good standing
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong surgical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
Commitment to continuing education and staying current with veterinary advances
Experience with practice management software and digital medical records
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Interest in or experience with integrative veterinary medicine preferred
